Couriee

By creating a Couriee account or using the service at couriee.app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Couriee is a shifts and profit tracker for couriers. It lets you log shifts, track earnings, expenses and net profit across delivery platforms, and review your performance. We may update, rename or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Couriee. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Couriee Pro is a paid subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Pricing is €2.99 per month for the monthly plan or €29.90 per year for the yearly plan. All prices include applicable VAT where required.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Account menu → “Manage subscription”, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.

We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice. Any price change applies only from the next renewal and doesn’t affect the period you’ve already paid for.

Without a Pro subscription, Couriee Free lets you log shifts for the first 14 days after you sign up. After that, you need Couriee Pro to keep logging shifts. Existing shifts remain visible if you don’t upgrade.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Canceling stops future charges. If you believe you’ve been charged in error, contact [email protected].

You own the shifts and data you enter. We store and process your data only to run the Service for you. Your data is tied to your account and is not shared with delivery platforms. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use Couriee for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to access another user’s data or circumvent billing or limits;
• upload content that is infringing, malicious or misleading;
• reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

Couriee, its name, logo, design and software are owned by Couriee and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any right to use our branding beyond what’s needed to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that earnings or expense calculations are perfectly accurate — you’re responsible for reviewing your figures before relying on them for taxes, reporting or business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Couriee and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country where the Service is operated, to the extent required by law.
